Does Method PT take insurance?

Method Physical Therapy is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance companies, including Medicare. We do accept FSA and HSA cards. Please contact us if you have any specific questions

Medicare Information

We do not accept Medicare or any commercial insurance.

If you are Medicare patient, you can “refuse, of his/her own free will, to authorize the submission of a bill to Medicare” (section 40, chapter 15 of the Medicare Benefit Policy Manual). If this is the case, you can sign an agreement that states neither you nor Method PT will send claims to any 3rd party payor (Medicare and all secondary insurances) and you will not allow anyone else to send claims on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please contact your therapist as quickly as possible. Email, calling or texting is sufficient. We request cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours prior to your visits to allow other patients to have access to that treatment time.

Visits that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.

Visits that are cancelled on the same day, or no showed, will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

In the event of a true medical emergency, or illness, then the fee can be waived.
