  • Hi, I'm Genevieve Richter, PT, MPT, DPT

Currently seeing patients in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM

I'm an Air Force brat who has lived in Albuquerque for 20+ years. I graduated from UNM in 2010 -- specializing in pelvic health for over 10 years. Treating under-represented patient populations that suffer from pelvic dysfunction and focusing on pregnant and postpartum rehabilitation is my passion.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me raising my two young children and working in the yard with my husband.

I was born and raised in southern Mexico and moved to Albuquerque to represent the UNM Women’s Tennis team. I believe that manual therapy, healthy movement, and strengthening are integral to the rehabilitation process. This belief led me to graduate with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the UNM in 2015.

In my free time, I'm a wife and a busy mother of three. I take walks and bike rides by the river with my family whenever I can.

Currently seeing patients in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM

I was born and raised in South Florida and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2017. I spent my final clinical rotation working with the Pelvic Health team at the University’s renowned research hospital. There, I had the privilege of being exposed to a wide variety of abdominopelvic conditions, treatments, research, and mentorship. I believe in an integrative and holistic approach to healing and am so excited to have found a practice of like-minded colleagues in New Mexico!

Outside the clinic, I love painting, hiking, cooking, listening to music, gardening, and exploring new places and ideas.

  • Hi, I'm Erin Longhurst Cook, PT, DPT

Currently seeing patients in Albuquerque, NM

I grew up in Iowa, but spent years living in the pacific northwest, mountain west, and greater DC area before moving to Albuquerque in the fall of 2024. I graduated from PT school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 2015 after being introduced to the world of pelvic floor physical therapy by one of my professors. In my first year as a clinician, I trained as an orthopedic PT and then spent 4 months being mentored by a pelvic floor PT. For the last 9 years, I have treated almost exclusively pelvic floor dysfunction with a particular passion for and focus on pre- and postnatal care and diastasis recti.

In my free time, I enjoy dancing, reading, volunteering, and exploring the wonders of New Mexico with my husband.

WHY CASH PAY?

Better care. Faster recovery. Fewer visits.

Curious why we don't accept insurance? Working with a provider who isn't bound by the limitations of insurance means that you can get longer appointment times and more individualized care, leading to faster recovery in fewer visits.

Did your last PT spend 10 minutes with you before sending you to their tech?
Yeah β€” you won't find that here.

Real people. Real lives. Real impact.
